Cantonese Kwan Yin Temple,
观音古庙
A temple built by the Cantonese community and dedicated to Guan Yin. The temple looks new but was founded in 1823 making it one of the earliest Chinese temples in Yangon Chinatown. |

Fushan Si, 福山寺
An Anxi Hokkien temple outside fo the Chinatown. The complex consists of the temple, a lake and a nice garden. |

Kheng Hock Keong, 庆福宫
Mazu Temple in Yangon Chinatown built by the Hokkien community. Founded in 1861, it is one of the most well known landmark and tourist sites in Yangon. |

Clan Temple
Hokkien clan temple founded in 1877 by two Hokkien clans in Yangon. This Hokkien clan teple is located on the Cantonese section of Yangon Chinatown. |

The most important and sacred sites of Burma. Shwedagon Pagoda reflects both the cultural of Burmese Buddhism and world Buddhist cultures including Chinese Buddhism.

Guan Yin Hill Da Ben Monastery
A monastery founded by a Buddhist monk on a pilgrimage to Burma and Shwedagon Paya. So inspired by Shwedagon paya, the venerable decided to build a monastery near it. To this day, Shwedagon paya is visible from the monastery. |
