Chinese Tea Gallery - Blue Tea
Blue tea (青茶), more commonly refered to as oolong tea (乌龙茶) is a semi fermented tea.
The most well known of Oolong includes Tie Guan Yin from Anxi, Wuyi Rock Tea from Wuyi mountains and Dan Cong tea from Chao Chou.
Oolong tea is often brew with a clay tea pot and appreciated with a white tea cup.
