To celebrate Vesak Day 2010, Chinatownology is printing a special edition notebooks for MettaCats.

Each note book cost S$10 and has 50 pages; 3 pages of write up and 47 blank pages. The net proceeds will be given to MettaCats to support their work.

Gracing the coverpage of the notebook is Omi.

Omi is an orphaned kitten rescued by MettaCats in Oct 2009. Weak, frightened and hungry, Omi was cared for by MettaCats providing her with food, medical attention and most important of all; lots of LOVE.

Omi has recovered and growing well. Now, Omi has even become a cover page fund raising celebrity kitten for MettaCats.

Under the leadership of Siew Ying, MettaCats and their volunteers has done alot to save abused animals.

Every page in this notebook helps to turn the life of an innocent abused or abandoned animal for the better!
